New Boat Sales

If you are looking for a new canal boat that completely fits your lifestyle, then we can provide a boat building team to meet your needs.

You will be involved every step of the way with design meetings throughout the process and a full canal boat building team consisting of project manager, carpenter and engineer that have been assigned to your new bespoke boat. The timeframe for one of our boat builds is approx 6 weeks for the hull build, 10-12 weeks internal fit out and 2 weeks external painting. Your complete build will be about 20 weeks from start to finish. We are committed to keeping you involved and up to date, so with your permission, we post photos and commentary of your boat build on our blog and Facebook site.

PRICE LIST

Our price list gives you an easy to calculate formula, listing all the specification included within the standard price and optional extras that you may want to include allowing you to develop your own design within your budget. The layout is your choice and our design and planning service will help you create the boat of your dreams.

Standard narrowboats prices (inc VAT) are as follows:

  • 50ft = £72,540
  • 57ft = £81,900
  • 60ft = £87,100
  • We also quote for boats of any size and widebeams.

PLACING AN ORDER

If you are interested in buying a new boat from Aqua Narrowboats then get in touch with us to discuss your ideas and we will show you our latest bespoke boats, workshop and provide you with a quote. If you are happy and would like to progress, a £1000 deposit is required to secure your build slot. We operate a British Marine Federation boat building contract with staged payments, depending on the work completed, of 10%, 35%, 35%, 15% and the final 5% on completion.

AFTER SALES SERVICE

All new boat sales come with a 12 month warranty on part, plus we offer 2 free services to follow at 6 months and 12 months. We have a marine repairs centre that offers an excellent repairs and maintenance service should you need this.
